“Sustainable Urbanization? What the Developing World Can Teach Us”
(UNU-UN Midday Forum)
This Forum took place on 27 February 2007, from 1:15-2:45pmat the Permanent Mission of Japan to the United Nations. At the forum, Peter J. Marcotullio, Research Fellow at United Nations University - Institute for Advanced Studies, made a presentation entitled: “Sustainable Urbanization? What the Developing World Can Teach Us” His presentation was followed by a discussion. The forum was chaired by William Solecki, Professor and Chairperson, Department of Geography, Hunter College of the City University of New York.
