Director of UNU-ONY speaks at Suffolk University

Dr. Jean-Marc Coicaud Director of the United Nations University (UNU) Office at the United Nations in New York spoke at Suffolk University on February 5, 2009 on the "Practice of Preventative Diplomacy by the Secretaries General".
The lecture was presented as a part of the UN Senior Lecturer Programme, one of the pillar activities of the United Nations Studies Project spearheaded by Suffolk University's Department of Government.
